Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply execute work for laying a coil molding in an existing pipe.SOLUTION: A coil molding laying device 10 is used for laying a coil molding 14 in an existing pipe 200. The coil molding laying device 10 is provided with a cylindrical housing 18 and each end part of the coil molding 14 externally engaged with the housing is fixed detachably by chuck units 98, 100 and the diameter of the coil molding 14 is reduced by rotating the end part of one side therein in the winding direction. The coil molding laying device 10 moves to the inside of the existing pipe 200 with wheels by wheel units 24, 26, 28 while fixing each end part of the coil molding 14 by the chuck units 98, 100 and restores the coil molding 14 from the diameter reduction state by removing each end part of the coil molding 14 from the chuck units 98, 100 at a prescribed position in the existing pipe 200.
