Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die-casting apparatus which can suppress blowholes generated in a solidification step of a molten metal by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A die-casting apparatus includes: a sleeve 9 in communication with a mold cavity K; a pressurizing unit 5 fitted to the sleeve 9 and configured to be movable in a shaft center direction L of the sleeve 9; and a drive means for driving the pressurizing unit 5 in the shaft center direction L of the sleeve 9. The pressurizing unit 5 includes: a pressurizing pin 1 of a housing fitted to the sleeve 9 and configured to be movable in the shaft center direction L of the sleeve 9; and a pressurizing pin 2 fitted to the pressurizing pin 1 and configured to be movable in the shaft center direction L of the sleeve 9. Coil springs 6, 7 with elastic coefficients different from each other are arranged respectively between the sleeve 9 and the pressurizing pin 1 and between the pressurizing pin 1 and the pressurizing pin 2. The pressurizing pin 1 and the pressurizing pin 2 are configured to be projected into the cavity K in a multi-stepped manner toward the inside of the sleeve 9 by driving the pressurizing pin 2 by the drive means. |
