Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor unit and a lighting fixture capable of reducing environmental load by changing continuously lighting conditions in accordance with increase of brightness from external light and suppressing suitably unnecessary power consumption and aiming at energy saving.SOLUTION: A lighting fixture 10 houses a brightness sensor 25 inside outer cases 22, 23 and is installed on a ceiling face. An action display lamp 26 for displaying a sensor action is arranged in the vicinity of the brightness sensor 25; the action display lamp 26 is mounted on a single face of an identical substrate 24 together with the brightness sensor 25; a cylindrical body 28 is arranged to surround at lease either the brightness sensor 25 or the action display lamp 26; and an end part of the cylindrical body 28 is so arranged to be positioned at an opening 33 arranged on the outer cases 22, 23.
