Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a conductive member which has high conductivity, high transparency and high film strength and is excellent in abrasion resistance and bending resistance; and a method for producing the same; and a touch panel and a solar cell that include the conductive member.SOLUTION: A conductive member comprises a substrate, and a conductive layer provided on the substrate. The conductive layer contains: (i) metal nanowires having an average minor-axis length of 150 nm or less, and (ii) a binder, which includes a three-dimensional cross-linked structure that includes a substructure represented by the specified general formula (Ia) and a substructure represented by the specified general formula (IIa) or (IIb). In the formulas, Mand Meach independently represent an element selected from the group consisting of Si, Ti and Zr, and Reach independently represent a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group.
