Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared detector preventing an output drift caused by resistance change due to sudden heat generation by a current in read-out, increasing a dynamic range of a detection circuit, and dispensing with a correction of a temperature drift due to an ambient temperature change.SOLUTION: Thermal time constants of an element 201 with sensitivity and an element 202 without sensitivity are equalized so as to equalize a resistance change by a sudden current change in read-out and a resistance change due to an ambient temperature change. This configuration can facilitate an extraction of only a signal by infrared incidence. |
