Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of a diaphragm due to foreign matter included in a working fluid, in a solenoid valve which senses the pressure of the working fluid by the diaphragm and works.SOLUTION: In a solenoid valve 1, a diaphragm 65 forms a reference pressure chamber in a sleeve 54 and a pressure sensing part is included which can give a valve body 38 a drive force in the opening and closing directions of a valve part by sensing a sensed pressure outside the sleeve 54 and making a movement with a peripheral edge part as a fulcrum point. The fulcrum point of the diaphragm 65 is located inside the junction of the sleeve 54 and a plate 78. The fulcrum point is located on the plate 78 side of the diaphragm 65 and a space is formed inside the fulcrum point.
