Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a structure in which coupling arms 15c, 15c of a yoke 12c are hardly distorted even if excessive torque is applied, allowing a torque transmission function to be hardly lost, and which facilitates to determine later that excessive torque has been applied.SOLUTION: A recessed groove 20 is formed in a base part 14c of a yoke 12c, and thereby, rigidity in a twisting direction of the base part 14 is controlled in such a manner that the twist rigidity of the coupling arm 15c having the recessed groove 20 is lower than the twist rigidity of the coupling arm 15c having no recessed groove 20. When excessive torque is applied, the base part 14c plastically deforms in the twist direction, which suppresses deformation of the coupling arms 15c, 15c.
