CONTROL VALVE FOR VARIABLE DISPLACEMENT COMPRESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain favorable valve opening characteristics of a valve part in a control valve for a variable displacement compressor.SOLUTION: A control valve 1 includes: a body 10 provided with a first guide hole 28 connecting a discharge pressure chamber 18 to a crank pressure chamber 20, a second guide hole 30 connecting the discharge pressure chamber 18 to a suction pressure chamber 22, and a valve hole 32 formed between the first guide hole 28 and the second guide hole 30; and an actuating rod 36 which has one end slidably supported by the first guide hole 28 and the other end slidably supported by the second guide hole 30 and to which a valve element 38 touching and leaving the valve hole 32 to open and close a valve part is integrally provided at an intermediate part.
