Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction using debris and a utilization method of debris in which the cost required for decontamination or processing of debris is reduced, the diffusion of radioactivity is prevented and the occurrence of disaster can be handed down to the posterity.SOLUTION: According to a utilization method of debris, the debris generated by a disaster is collected in the disaster-stricken area, building materials 11 are manufactured in the disaster-stricken area by using the collected debris, and a construction 1 is built up by utilizing the building materials 11 in the disaster-stricken area. Since it is not necessary to transport the debris generated in the disaster-stricken area to the outside of the disaster-stricken area and to perform reclamation disposal or incineration of the debris, the cost required for processing the debris can be reduced. Furthermore, even if the debris is contaminated by radioactivity, since the debris is not distributed out of the disaster-stricken area, the diffusion of radioactivity may also be prevented. The building materials can be manufactured by using crushed pieces of the debris as one of raw materials, and the construction using the debris can be functioned as a breakwater. Solar cells may also be provided on a surface of the construction, and the construction may also be a memorial monument.
