TIN DISSOLVING APPARATUS AND TIN DISSOLVING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tin dissolving apparatus and tin dissolving method, capable of sufficiently suppressing the formation of sludge.SOLUTION: A tin dissolving apparatus includes: a plating solution circulation tank 11 for storing a plating solution 9; tin dissolving tanks 121-12N for storing metal tin 19; a sending pipe 16 for sending the plating solution 9 of the plating solution circulation tank 11 to the tin dissolving tanks 121-12N; a recovery pipe 17 for recovering the plating solution of the tin dissolving tanks 121-12N to the plating solution circulation tank 11; and a circulation pump 14 which is installed in a tin dissolving path 18 ranging from the sending pipe 16 to the recovery pipe 17 through the tin dissolving tanks 121-12N and circulates the plating solution 9 of the plating solution circulation tank 11 to the tin dissolving path 18. Further, the tin dissolving apparatus includes oxygen blowing ports 131-13N which are provided at a plurality of positions along the flow of the plating solution, on the upstream side of the recovery pipe 17 of the tin dissolving path 18, and blow oxygen into the plating solution passing through respective the positions.
