ORALLY DISINTEGRATABLE TABLET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an orally disintegratable tablet having a suitable hardness, and quick disintegration property and a pleasant feeling in oral cavity for senior citizens and children hardly taking the tablet preparation, since they have humble swallowing abilities, even without blending a soluble additive such as a saccharide, also without requiring a special manufacturing machine, and capable of being produced by existing facilities.SOLUTION: An orally disintegratable tablet securing tablet hardness, showing an excellent disintegration property and having a good texture is obtained by mixing an active ingredient, crystalline cellulose, anhydrous calcium phosphate as an inorganic excipient, carmellose and a metal stearate at ≤0.8 wt.% per tablet as a lubricant, and tableting or tableting them by using an external lubricating method.
