METALLIC CORE EXTRACTION TOOL AND SET THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle a metallic core by recovering the metallic core from a synthetic resin-made pipe.SOLUTION: There is provided a tool 1 for extracting a cylindrical metallic core 33, pressed into the end of a synthetic resin-made pipe 31 to expand the diameter of the end from the inside of the pipe 31. The tool 1 includes: a core fit-in part 5 having a cylindrical outer peripheral surface having an outer diameter fitted in the core 33; and an abutting part 7 integrally connected to one end of the core fit-in part 5 having an outer diameter larger than the outer diameter of the core fit-in part 5 and insertable into the pipe 31 with the core fit-in part 5 capable of being abutted to an end surface 33c of the core 33 in a state of being fitted in the core 33 in the pipe 31. The outer diameter of the core fit-in part 5 is set in such a manner that a first clearance C1 between an outer peripheral surface 5a of the core fit-in part 5 and an inner peripheral surface of the core 33 is smaller than a second clearance C2 between an outer peripheral surface 7a of the abutting part 7 and an inner peripheral surface of the pipe 31.
