Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To be capable of constantly controlling the incident dose into an X-ray detector even when an effective area of an X-ray spot field is reduced by diaphragm operation of a movable X-ray diaphragm part.SOLUTION: An X-ray output of an X-ray tube 1 is controlled based on an X-ray output signal obtained by multiplying an X-ray output signal transmitted from a photomultiplier sensor 4 by 1/Y, wherein Y is the effective area ratio of an X-ray spot field 20 that changes in accordance with diaphragm operation of a movable X-ray diaphragm part 2.
