Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem: intima media thicknesses cannot be correctly measured due to an unevenness generated on the contour of a blood vessel of a long-axis cross section generated from a 3D image because the acquisition time phase of a short-axis image is different in each frame in a conventional ultrasonic image analyzer for measuring the intima media thickness of a blood vessel on the basis of the 3D image generated from a short-axis image.SOLUTION: In an ultrasonic image analyzer, the primary measuring position of an intima media is determined on the basis of a 3D image generated from a short-axis image, an operator acquires the long-axis image at the primary measuring position, the primary measuring position is modified on the basis of a long-axis image, and the intima media thickness is measured at a modified measurement position.
