Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a ceramic component with good yield and a temperature-sensitive adhesive tape used for the method.SOLUTION: Provided is a method of manufacturing a ceramic component and a temperature-sensitive adhesive tape used for the method. The method includes: a first step of sticking an adhesive tape to a ceramic green sheet laminate; a second step of fixing the laminate on a pedestal via the adhesive tape; a third step of cutting off the laminate fixed on the pedestal to form a plurality of raw chips; a fourth step of inspecting the state of the plurality of raw chips; and a fifth step of taking out the plurality of raw chips after the inspection from the adhesive tape, in which the adhesive tape is a temperature-sensitive adhesive tape whose adhesive layer contains side-chain crystalline polymer and adhesive power goes down at temperature of the freezing point of the side-chain crystalline polymer or less, the first to fourth step are performed at an atmospheric temperature higher than the freezing point, and the fifth step is performed at an atmospheric temperature of the freezing point or less.
