Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for preventing deterioration of heat exchange performance by suppressing dust from being adhered across a windward side edge face of a fin member.SOLUTION: An outside heat exchanger 23 includes: a refrigerant passage tube 231 formed into a flat shape where a plurality of refrigerant passages 2311 are arranged side by side and extended in a meandering manner; and a plurality of corrugated fins 234 thermally connected between an upstream horizontal extending site 2312 and a downstream horizontal extending site 2312 adjacent to each other while being extended parallel to each other in the refrigerant passage tube 231 and configured to promote heat exchange between a refrigerant passing through the refrigerant passage tube 231 and air passing through its own surroundings. The corrugated fins 234 adjacent to each other in the vertical direction are disposed such that their protrusion heights to the windward side of air are made different from each other. In particularly, it is desired that the corrugated fins 234 adjacent to each other in the vertical direction are disposed in such a configuration that one is more protruded toward the windward side of air than the another.
