An information processing device 20 calculates a variation in heights of a reflection prism 25 before and after the weight 3 is dropped. The information processing device 20 also calculates a difference between the height of the riprap foundation at a present time and a construction height of the riprap foundation on the basis of the height of the reflection prism 25.
