PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition excellent in heat conductivity and excellent in melt flowability.SOLUTION: A resin composition is characterized by comprising a thermoplastic resin (A), a filler (B), a prescribed amount of a melt viscosity-lowering agent (C), and nigrosine (D), wherein (D) is 0.3-5 pts.mass per 100 pts.mass of the total amount of (A), (B) and (C), and (C) is one of (α), ( ) and (γ). (α): (C) is a multifunctional allyl compound (C1), and the content of (C1) is 3-25 pts.volume per 100 pts.volume of the total amount of (A), (B) and (C1). ( ): (C) is a dimer acid-based thermoplastic resin (C2), and the content of (C2) is 5-30 pts.volume per 100 pts.volume of the total amount of (A), (B) and (C2). (γ): (C) is rosin (C3) having an acid value of ≥60 mgKOH/g, and the content of (C3) is 0.4-11 pts.volume per 100 pts.volume of the total amount of (A), (B) and (C3).
