Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle floor structure in which design can be improved and positional displacements of a carpet and a cowl side trim to the outside can be suppressed.SOLUTION: A vehicle floor structure 1 includes a vehicle body 2 and a carpet 3. The vehicle body 2 includes a floor panel part 2a constituting a floor surface of a vehicle, and a side sill panel part 2b rising upward from an end portion of the floor panel part. The carpet 3 includes a floor part 3a disposed on the floor panel part and a side part 3b rising from a terminal side of the floor part along the side sill panel part. In the side part of the side sill panel part, a cowl side trim 4 is disposed which supports a rising surface of the side part and between the cowl side trim and the side sill panel part, a mat member 5 is interposed.
