Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine an abnormality of an accelerator before starting a power source.SOLUTION: Determination processing 140 for determining an abnormality of an accelerator includes a preliminary determination processing 150 and a main determination processing 160. The preliminary determination processing 150 is executed during a non-operation period when the accelerator is not operated. The main determination processing 160 is executed immediately before driving a vehicle. Since the preliminary determination processing 150 and the main determination processing 160 are executed before driving the vehicle, an abnormality of the accelerator can be determined before a power source is started. The abnormality of the accelerator is definitively determined by the preliminary determination processing 150 and the main determination processing 160. Therefore, accurate determination is possible. If the accelerator is abnormal, the startup of the power source is prohibited. In addition, notice is provided to a user of the vehicle.
