Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire trimming device and a tire trimming method capable of cutting off any type of spew formed on a surface of a tire after molding.SOLUTION: A tire trimming device is equipped with a blade for cutting off rubber fins to be formed on a surface of the tire while relatively moving along the surface of the tire. It is further equipped with an ultrasonic cutter which causes an ultrasonic vibration to the blade and a guide roller which is attached to the ultrasonic cutter and rotates in contact with the surface of the tire, thereby maintaining a constant distance between the cutting edge of the blade and the surface of the tire.
