The milk serum mineral is especially desirable having less than 2 mass% of calcium content in solid content. In an additional amount of the taste-modifying agent for the beverage use to the beverage, the milk serum mineral content in 100 ml of the beverage is desirably in the quantity of 0.0001-0.5g as the solid content. |
