Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, in a beverage, especially the beverage containing a plurality of taste substances, a method for making the palatable beverage with variation in feeling of the taste suppressed.SOLUTION: The problem can be solved by using a taste-modifying agent for beverage use with a milk serum mineral as an active ingredient. The milk serum mineral is especially desirable having less than 2 mass% of calcium content in solid content. In an additional amount of the taste-modifying agent for the beverage use to the beverage, the milk serum mineral content in 100 ml of the beverage is desirably in the quantity of 0.0001-0.5g as the solid content.
