ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic relay in which desired assembly accuracy and supporting strength can be obtained and there is no variation in operation characteristics.SOLUTION: In an electromagnetic relay, an electromagnet unit 20 is erected on a base 10. The electromagnet unit 20 is configured by winding a coil 39 around an iron core 30 including legs 31, 32 at both sides assembled with a spool 21. Collapsing protrusions 14a, 15a provided in a base part of one inner side face between confronted inner side faces of press-fitting recesses 14, 15 provided in the base 10 are crashed with distal end portions of the legs 31, 32 of the iron core 30 which is press-fitted, and the distal end portions of the legs 31, 32 of the iron core 30 are brought into press-contact with the other inner side face and supported.
