BUILDING FACILITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building facility management system for accurately performing the abnormality diagnosis of a facility installed in a building.SOLUTION: The building facility management system includes: an HEMS(Home Energy Management System) 30 for acquiring information from a water heater SA installed in each house 10; and an integral management device CS installed in a management center for collecting information on respective water heaters SA of each building from each HEMS 30 forming an information acquisition system for each house in a plurality of buildings, and for integrally managing the information. The integral management device CS includes a function for classifying predetermined identical classifications of water heaters SA1 among the water heaters SA installed in each building being facilities in which use conditions required for the water heaters SA1 are the same as the same facility group and a function for comparing information on the water heaters SA1 about the classified predetermined facility groups, and for performing the abnormality analysis of the water heater SA1 on the basis of the result of comparison.
