PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify means for keeping a tension mechanism parallel to a reference direction.SOLUTION: The lubricant supply device includes: holding means 164R for holding a side of one end of a tension mechanism 159R1 at a fixed position on a side of solid lubricant J; and movable support means 171R1. The movable support means 171R1 includes: movement means 169R1 which is movable holding a side of the other end of the tension mechanism 159R1; and first guide means 168R1 for regulating a moving direction of the movement means on a casing 165, so as to be a moving direction of the solid lubricant J. The movement means has: a roller 167R1 which can roll being in contact with a guide part 170R1 of the first guide means; and a support shaft 166R1 for holding the other end part of the tension mechanism and rotatably supporting the roller.
