| Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric strength testing device suitable for checking dielectric strength to the earth of an Ethernet port.SOLUTION: A dielectric strength testing device 10 includes a pulse transformer T having a plurality of coils T1 connected to the end of communication wires extending from Ethernet ports 11 of a device 1 to be tested and a plurality of coils T2 connected to the end of communication wires extending from Ethernet ports 21 of a counter device 2, which is a communication partner of the device 1 to be tested. The neutral point M of each coil T1 is electrically insulated with each other. A test voltage generator IG is connected between each neutral point M and each frame ground of the device 1 to be tested. |
