FILLING METHOD OF LIQUID TO BE INSPECTED AND CHIP KIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling method of liquid to be inspected and a chip kit that allow a well to be airtightly closed.SOLUTION: The filling method of liquid to be inspected is a method for filling liquid to be inspected by using a chip kit 2 which includes a first seal 14 and a second seal 22. The first seal 14 comprises: a first seal face attached to a substrate surface 20 and detachable from the substrate surface 20; a second seal face opposing the first seal 14 face; and a fluid channel 12 which is formed between the first seal face and the second seal face, and which connects a first seal opening 43 disposed in a region opposing an opening on the first seal face with a second seal opening 44 disposed in a region opposing an inlet port 30 on the first seal face. The second seal 22 is attachable to a substrate surface 16. The filling method includes the steps of: applying stress or inertial force to a well chip and filling a well 24 with the liquid to be inspected 40 through the fluid channel 12 from a reservoir 26; detaching the first seal 14 from the substrate surface 20; and attaching the second seal 22 to the substrate surface 16.
