Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat transfer plate that has small pressure loss even when a liquid product having high viscosity flows, and can exchange heat with efficiency.SOLUTION: There is provided a heat transfer plate that is used for a plate type heat exchanger used for a liquid product manufacturing plant, and formed in a substantially longitudinally long rectangular plate shape in plan view, and has a liquid guide hole serving as a flow path for a liquid product and a liquid heating medium in four corners and also includes a heat exchange unit formed between liquid guide holes provided to lengthwise ends. At lengthwise ends of the heat exchange unit, inclined portions are formed which have inclined surfaces descending from a lower part of one liquid guide hole toward the widthwise opposite side.
