Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleanser composition excellent in removability against insect stains adhered to hard surfaces.SOLUTION: A cleanser composition comprises a component (A) selected from a prescribed polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether and the like, an alcohol-based solvent (B) having a dissolution parameter value of ≥15, and a chelating agent (C), wherein the total amount of the composition is 100 mass%; the amount of the component (A) is ≥0.5 mass% and ≤30 mass%; and the amount of the alcohol-based solvent (B) is ≥1 mass% and ≤30 mass%; the mass ratio (C/A) of the chelating agent (C) to the component (A) is 30/70-80/20.
