Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin diffusion medium free from squashing of a resin flow passage in a bagging process.SOLUTION: A resin diffusion medium 1 is used for the manufacture of a fiber reinforced plastic molded body by a vacuum impregnation molding method, is constituted of an elastic body and has: a plurality of resin flow passages 3 for flowing the impregnated resin into the fiber reinforced body; and a defined surface 2 arranged between the resin flow passages 3 and defining a surface of a fiber reinforced plastic molded body, and a gap 4 arranged between the defined surfaces 2 and communicated with each resin flow passage 3 is smaller than the diameter of the resin flow passage 3.
