UTILIZATION METHOD OF USER DICTIONARY FOR JAPANESE INPUT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a utilization method of a user dictionary for Japanese input in which content of the user dictionary for Japanese input is shared not only by one member but also by a number of specified members, the dictionary is used by a system dictionary, and the dictionary can be used as a message board between the members.SOLUTION: When a user dictionary for Japanese input is uploaded to a directory as a group shared file each time a change such as writing is made by a person among Web clients using WebDAV or a similar service in which only the clients can access the configuration directory in a server as a member of a group, the dictionary is downloaded to other clients, content of the user dictionary is shared between members of the group, and the dictionary can be used as a message board as well.
