MONITORING CONTROL SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring control system capable of reducing supervisory workload of a supervisor and increasing safety of a system.SOLUTION: A proximity/touch information input part 202 detects a proximity operation and a touch operation to an operator screen 201 with an operation body such as a finger. A finger-pointing operation determination part 101 determines a finger-pointing operation, a proximity operation, or a touch operation on the basis of a process to detect the operation body in the proximity/touch information input part 202. An operator screen generation part 102 generates an operator screen 201 corresponding to the operation body's operation on the basis of a determination result of the finger-pointing operation determination part 101. A supervisory screen generation part 103 generates a supervisory screen 301 with the determination result in the finger-pointing operation determination part 101 attached thereto on the basis of the operator screen generated with the operator screen generation part 102.
