Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine in a short time whether there is a virtual image caused by interference waves.SOLUTION: A radar device comprises: a transmission antenna 3; a triangular wave generation part 9 for generating first modulation waves and second modulation waves transmitted from the transmission antenna 3 while having a predetermined interval; a plurality of receiving antennae 1-1receiving electric waves reflected by an object to which electric waves have been transmitted; and a receiving intensity calculation part 22 for determining, on the basis of a peak having a predetermined value or greater that appears in receiving signals respectively corresponding to the first and second modulation waves received from the plurality of receiving antennae 1-1, whether the peak is a signal reflected by the object or a signal caused by interference waves.
