ULTRASONIC LIQUID LEVEL MEASURING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic liquid level measuring device which measures the liquid level in a liquid container by using ultrasonic waves which achieves highly accurate and highly reliable liquid level measurement.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic liquid level measuring device includes: an ultrasonic transceiver 5 installed at a liquid container 1; liquid level measuring means 10 which measures the liquid level on the basis of a plurality of liquid modes allocated to the liquid container 1, and on reciprocating propagation time of ultrasonic waves between the ultrasonic transceiver 5 and a liquid surface; and liquid level determination means 11 which determines the present liquid level by adding information regarding the liquid level mode to which the liquid level to be acquired belongs. According to this configuration, as the liquid level can be acquired from outside of the liquid container 1, this is extremely useful as a simply mountable type liquid level measurement method, for example, in the case where remodeling work of the liquid container 1 is difficult or in the case where contact with liquid 2 is limited. Also, by adding the information regarding the liquid level mode in determining the liquid level, the accuracy and reliability of the liquid level measurement can be secured.
