Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oral agent or solid food which contains a newly found oxidation-controlling composition for controlling the chemical or physical deterioration of the solid oral agent or solid food and thereby controls the chemical or physical deterioration.SOLUTION: An oxidation-controlling composition is characterized by including at least: (A) a Zingiberaceae plant-containing material; (B) sugar or sugar alcohol compound having a melting point of ≤150°C and a solubility of ≥60 g/100 mL in 100 mL of water at 25°C; and (C) sugar or sugar alcohol compound having a melting point of ≥160°C and a solubility of ≤30 g/100 mL in 100 mL of water at 25°C.
