VEHICLE FRONT BODY STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle front body structure capable of reducing vibration and noise inside a cabin without increasing dash panel weight.SOLUTION: Vehicle front body structure includes a dash lower panel 1 and a dash upper panel 2 constituting a cabin front wall. The dash lower panel 1 includes a body panel 11 with a fundamental surface 11a, and a first projection 14 projecting vehicle body backwards from the fundamental surface 11a and extending in a vehicle width direction. The first projection 14 includes plane surface parts 16a, 16b, 16c having almost the same surface level as that of the fundamental surface 11a and dividing the first projection 14 in the vehicle width direction. Thus, parting/nearing action can be reduced between upper and lower ends of an open cross section formed by the first projection 14 without increasing dash panel weight.
