Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive recording body excellent in stain resistance, scratch resistance, water friction resistance, chemical resistance, light resistance and the like.SOLUTION: A heat-sensitive recording body includes a barrier layer 3 disposed on a heat-sensitive layer 2 formed on a base material 1, and a synthetic resin film 5 layered and pasted on the barrier layer via an adhesive layer 4. The barrier layer contains 50% or more of PVA, zinc oxide as an ultraviolet absorbent, and 2-(2'-hydroxy-3'-dodecyl-5'-methylphenyl)benzotriazole as an ultraviolet absorbent in the adhesive layer. The heat-sensitive recording body has the light resistance of not discoloring nor fading even through light irradiation by a xenon long-life fadometer for 100 hours. Suitably, the coating amount of the adhesive layer is 6.0-10.0 g/m, and the synthetic resin film is a PET film of a thickness of 2.5-6.0 μm subjected to surface processing for heat-resisting lubricating layers.
