Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrodenitrogenation catalyst which can efficiently remove a nitrogen component being a deterioration factor of the hydrodenitrogenation catalyst from catalytic-cracking light oil contained in an aromatic hydrocarbon oil component, and can reduce the deterioration of the hydrodenitrogenation catalyst, a production method of the hydrodenitrogenation catalyst, and a manufacturing method of a light oil base material.SOLUTION: A hydrodenitrogenation catalyst has a carrier using porous alumina as a main component and a denitrification active ingredient carried by the carrier, a specific surface area of the carrier is not smaller than 250m/g, a bore diameter of the carrier is 5.0 to 10.0 nm, and a ratio of a basic hydroxyl group of the carrier is not larger than 4.5%, a basic area of the carrier is not larger than 15m/g, the denitrification active ingredient is composed of active metal selected from at least one kind of a periodic table group-6 metal element, at least one kind of a periodic table group-9 metal element and at least one kind of a group-10 metal element, and a phosphoric acid, and the catalyst can be obtained by being calcined after immersing the carrier into an impregnation liquid in which a value obtained by dividing the dynamic viscosity of the impregnation liquid containing the denitrification active ingredient by the bore diameter of the carrier is not larger than 0.40×10m/s. |
