PARKING LOT FULL/VACANCY DETERMINATION DEVICE, DETERMINATION METHOD AND PROGRAM THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that determination of full/vacant situations where a parking lot is full or vacant cannot be exactly performed in a situation where there are few probe vehicles.SOLUTION: Hall information regarding an area of an existing parking lot is stored, positions of probe vehicles are acquired over time, behaviors of vehicles in an area associated with the parking lot are associated with the hall information in the area, extracted as parking information from the acquired positions of the vehicles, and full/vacant situations of the parking lot are determined by the extracted parking information. Thus, exact determination can be performed even when the number of probe vehicles is few.
