Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy clad material for a heat exchanger capable of maintaining high corrosion resistance over a long period of time even if being thinned.SOLUTION: An aluminum alloy clad material is provided with: a core material; a sacrificial anode material clad on one face side of the core material; and a brazing filler metal made of an Al-Si-based alloy and clad on the other face side of the core material. The core material includes, by mass, 0.3 to 2.0% Mn, 0.15 to 1.6% Si, 0.1 to 1.0% Cu and 0.1 to 1.0% Mg, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities. The sacrificial anode material includes, by mass, 7.0 to 12.0% Zn, 0.3 to 1.8% Mn and 0.3 to 1.2% Si, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, and has a thickness of 10 to 30 μm. In the sacrificial anode material, pitting corrosion resistance is imparted by high concentration Zn, and, on the other hand, self-corrosion resistance is imparted by the addition of Mn and Si. |
