Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formulation of a poorly soluble active agent having a combination of immediate release and controlled release characteristics.SOLUTION: A composition comprises: particles of at least one poorly soluble nanoparticulate active agent; at least one surface stabilizer adsorbed onto the surface of the nanoparticulate active agent particles, having a function to stabilize the nanoparticulate active agent by preventing agglomeration and particle size growth; and at least one poorly soluble microparticulate active agent, which can be the same as or different from the active agent.
