Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treated powder for a cosmetic having high ultraviolet protective effect and excellent sense of use, and a cosmetic having high ultraviolet protective effect, having excellent sense of use such as light extending and capable of obtaining a uniform cosmetic film.SOLUTION: A treated powder for a cosmetic is surface-treated by the following components (a) and (b): (a) a solid oil soluble ultraviolet absorber being solid at 25°C; and (b) a surfactant being solid at 25°C. Further, a cosmetic is obtained by being blended with the treated powder for a cosmetic.
