Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent laminated film which can maintain a favorable contour and a sunlight shielding function for a long period of time by suppressing the expansion of corrosion caused by water containing a chlorine ion from the ridge and the end of the film.SOLUTION: A transparent film has a laminated structure formed by laminating a metal oxide layer containing an organic component and a metal layer at least at one face of a transparent polymer film, a groove for dividing the laminated structure is formed at the laminated structure, and a filling material containing a resin is filled into the groove.
