PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program, information storage medium, and server, capable of allowing a player character to perform a predetermined action with many variations with respect to another character.SOLUTION: A computer is allowed to function as: a character arrangement setting part for arranging a player character and a plurality of other characters in a game space; a range determination part for determining the range of a predetermined action, based on position relation between the player character and another character designated as an object of a predetermined action when input information for designating the other character to be an object among the plurality of other characters is received; a game processing part for performing action processing to allow the player character to perform a predetermined action with respect to at least one other character positioned within the range; and an image generation part for generating a game image including the player character and the other character.
