REMOTE MANAGEMENT TERMINAL AND REMOTE MONITORING SERVICE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for transmission of the information, collected on the client side over the local network of the client and the Internet, to a remote management center.SOLUTION: A remote management terminal 30 comprises: an install unit 31 for installing an emulator that emulates a browser available in the local network system of a client; and a browser function processing unit 34 which is achieved when the emulator thus installed operates. The browser function processing unit 34 emulates the facility information collected from a building facility system 24 as if the facility information is the information input from an input screen displayed by the browser, and transmits the facility information, in the specification of that browser, to a remote management center over the local network in the client side system, a firewall and the Internet.
