Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a capacitor device from being vibrated due to a pulse current (pulse voltage) of a predefined driving frequency.SOLUTION: First capacitor elements 30 with a resonance frequency smaller than a driving frequency of a system in which a device is incorporated, and second capacitor elements 40 with a resonance frequency larger than the driving frequency are alternately aligned at intervals α so that flat planes are adjacent to each other, so as to constitute a capacitor device 20. Thereby, when a pulse current (pulse voltage) of the driving frequency is applied, vibration due to shrinkage and expansion in a short diameter direction of the first capacitor elements 30 can be negated by vibration due to shrinkage and expansion in a short diameter direction of the second capacitor elements 40 vibrated at a phase difference of 180°, so as to restrain the vibration of the capacitor device when the pulse current (pulse voltage) of the driving frequency is applied.
