Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer electrolyte membrane which is made of a non-fluorine-based material, flexible and hard to crack, and excellent in hot water resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided the polymer electrolyte membrane in which a block copolymer (Z) containing a polymer block (A), which is composed of a structural unit derived from an aromatic vinyl compound and has an ion conductive group, and an amorphous polymer block (B), which is composed of a structural unit derived from an unsaturated aliphatic hydrocarbon, is crosslinked with a crosslinking agent (X) having three or more allyl groups and one or more hydroxyl groups.
