Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detection device or the like for an image correction which rarely generates variation in measurement results even when a light source has different light emission strength distributions.SOLUTION: A detection sensor part 80 is characterized in comprising: an LED 81 which outputs light toward an image quality adjustment pattern T used for one or both of a position shift correction and a density shift correction according to each color of images formed by image forming units using a plurality of colors; a PD 83 for receiving a regular reflection light reflected on the image quality adjustment pattern T in order to read the image quality adjustment pattern T; an entrance slit 84c aperture which is arranged on a light path and in a position between the PD 83 and the image quality adjustment pattern T, and which suppresses incidence of diffusion light reflected on the image quality adjustment pattern T; and a light diffusion film 85 which is arranged on the light path and in a position between the LED 81 and the image quality adjustment pattern T, and which diffuses the light output from the LED 81.
