Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical anisotropy film, when being used for various types of display devices, with anisotropy improved, having a small phase difference and a little deflection resolution (leak of light).SOLUTION: The optical anisotropy film includes at least low refractive index regions and high refractive index regions inside a film. On the film surface, the low refractive index regions and the high refractive index regions are alternately aligned and, in the film cross section, the low refractive index regions and the high refractive index regions extend in the thickness direction. The optical anisotropy film is formed by curing photocurable compound monomer, oligomer, prepolymer, or macromonomer having at least silicone skeleton, and has an in-plane phase difference of 25 nm or less.
